What to expect

Therapy (OT, speech, PT) is mostly playing and practicing with one helper. Knowing the order, and that there is usually a fun or free part, helps your child settle in. Sessions feel safer once they are predictable.

One tip from a dad who's been there

Ask your therapist for the usual session order so the printed schedule matches the room. The same order each week is what turns a strange place into a known one.
